The room I booked was very well maintained as well as the facility and available even with double beds. Location: the hotel was just next door to Universal Studios, and the outlet mall.

We enjoyed the stay, my room was reasonably large with a king-sized bed, balcony, as for instance. The breakfast was sensational and the pool was nice.

The spacious Superior Suite was ideal for our family, comfortably fitting four adults and three children with two bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. The hotel boasts beautiful grounds and several amenities like pools and play areas, though the absence of overstuffed seating in the room felt a bit lacking. A linen exchange system is in place, but requires guests to do some of the work themselves, which might be inconvenient for some. Still, the friendly front desk staff was great.

More assistance with activities for seniors would be helpful.

The kitchen was stocked with essentials like dish detergent and salt. Free laundry facilities were super helpful. Close to a Publix and outlet malls for convenience.

Noise travels easily in this place, which turned our stay a bit chaotic. Between thin walls and creaky floors, peace was hard to come by, especially with rambunctious neighbors next door or above. Daily housekeeping isn't a thing here, so managing cleanliness for an extended stay can be a hassle. The lack of complimentary Wi-Fi left me shaking my head. It's 2024, after all, and modern hotels should at least have that sorted out.

They blew up balloons for my granddaughter's birthday.

Good place with free parking, outdoor swimming pools, and 24-hour security. The staff helped me with local info on my first stay. Highly recommend it! I'm coming back soon!

The superior suite was spacious and came with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved having two outdoor pools, including a kids' pool with a waterfall, a big hit with the little ones. The location is super convenient, just minutes from a publix grocery store and outlet malls.

The pool area was dope with multiple options, including a waterfall kids' pool that my little ones couldn't get enough of. Plus, the location was spot on-grocery stores and fantastic attractions were just minutes away.

The outdoor pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after our busy days. Just a heads up, we wished for more towels , but it's a minor issue compared to the fun we had 🌞
